When will my order ship?

Due to the limited nature of our drops, processing typically takes 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to the collectible nature of our releases, we cannot accept returns on items that have been unsealed.

How long is the warranty on Finalmouse products?

All our mice come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by user modification.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?

Because our fulfillment system is automated to handle high-volume drops, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been confirmed.
